Bondi Strength Training keeps the philosophy that every single human being is an athlete waiting to happen and the training you receive reflects this. From beginning to end, weekend warrior or professional sports person, we train with your goal in mind.
There is no superficial movements, nothing done for the sake of doing it, there is always a rhyme and reason to everything you do in a session and so not a single minute is wasted. Every movement is programmed for the individual so that although it may be difficult it is definitely worth doing.
This is not exercise for exercises sake, it's training for your future goals.
